This was soooooo good. The service was outstanding. They were so attentive. The food was authentic. Carne asada was amazing. Meat taste awesome. The charro beans they bring out before the meal were amazing. I am coming back for breakfast tomorrow.

The food is CONSISTENT! Been here 3 times and it's always the same amount & same flavors used. They never lack. Absolutely delicious. Generous portions. Color me bewildered because this little gem off the freeway is FIRE
Nestled into the La Quinta parking lot off the I-35 frontage road between Rittiman and Eisenhauer, like a hotel cradling a newborn baby taqueria Taqueria Hacienda Tapatia lies waiting to serve you delicious TACOS. I never eat inside. Always doing the drive thru THANG here, and they're quick with it. They put Taco Cabana to shame. Wide selection on the menu. The carne guisada is especially great, and the iced tea. OH BABY the iced tea. Served in a big fat Styrofoam cup. Forget finishing this review, I'm driving there to get an iced tea right now.
Food was amazingly awesome. Some of the best blend of flavors I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Waitress seemed like she was a bit new but she was trying so can't fault her for that. It wasn't that busy during the time we went so we were a little put off that the food took so long to bring to the table for just 2 people. The sweet tea is a close 2nd to Arizona sweet tea, yes it's that good. The restaurant itself could use some updating here and there as it is pretty dated, but it is very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. While most of my review is positive, I can't bring myself to give a full 5 stars, yet. We will see on the next visit.
For drive thru this place gets your food out pretty fast. I really appreciate a good taco when I get one and I gotta say the sausage and egg taco was really good. I also appreciate the amount of cheese I got because I'm paying for it lol but there was so much cheese on my carne guisada taco that's some of it was left on the foil. Food was really tasty. Great breakfast Tacos!
